Dunya - a peaceful protest full of darkness and melancholy

With calm power, the band Dunya unleashes a psychedelic sound that is occasionally interspersed with oriental melody lines. Distorted guitars create an orchestral wall that suddenly falls back into emptiness and gives room for the subtle sounds that Dunya have also mastered. They mix the vibe of the Turkish psych-rock movement with a dose of groove and modern dream pop. On 16.06.2023, the five musicians from Hamburg will release their debut album Zaman via the Hamburg independent record label La Pochette Surprise Records.
