We are a serviced apartment complex with rental apartments for senior citizens. We have a diverse tenant base consisting of 240 people of different nationalities, religions, ethnic and social backgrounds. The youngest tenant is 60, the oldest 93 years old. Many of the tenants have always lived on the Elbe Island and are long-established Wilhelmsburg residents. In our facility, we offer various events and activities for our tenants. From sociable games afternoons and sports in the morning to dance and music events, everything is included.
We are delighted to be part of 48h Wilhelmsburg and to be visible as an institution in the district.
